The days seem really busy now. If I am not holding one then I am making food, cleaning up, folding laundry or emptying the dishwasher. Charlie is a great baby, except for the 4:30 am morning poop that takes an hour of groaning and crying for something to come out. Otherwise, he sleeps through all sorts of commotion and really only cries when he is trying to go to the bathroom.
Last Friday we went to Playhouse Disney Live. I won tickets from WLNS.
Both kids were excited beforehand and dressed up like Mickey and Minnie
leading up to the big night out. They insisted I bring their ears along
to wear at the show. As soon as the first character appeared on stage
they were mesmerized. They wouldn't look away from the stage. Steve was
trying to feed Allan a hot dog and all he would do is open his mouth
when the food got near. He wouldn't turn near Steve and was barely
remembering to chew his food. As soon as intermission came they
returned to themselves only to ask when there would be more. Charlie
slept through the whole show. The more noise the more they sleep,
right? It was a fun night for our whole family, and Aunt Amanda whose
lap was in high demand.
We have another new cousin, born on March 3rd, Steve's sister Kristie had a girl named Charlotte Ann. We visited them this past weekend. Charlie looks huge compared to Charlotte and he is only 10 days older.
His feet were quite a bit larger, it is the fate of my children to have big feet. I am sure they get it from my side of the family. When Lorelei was a baby her feet were so big I had to cut off the feet of all the sleepers she wore.
More to come. The baby is awake and the othet 2 have to go down for a nap.
