How To:

1. Print wrappers and toppers (free download below).

2. Cut out wrappers on dotted line. Wrap around frosted cupcake and use a small piece of tape to secure ends of wrapper in place.

Here is a free download for Ghost Cupcake Wrappers and Boo Toppers.

How To:

1. Print wrappers and toppers (free download below).

2. Cut out wrappers on dotted line. Wrap around frosted cupcake and use a small piece of tape to secure ends of wrapper in place.

3. Use a 1” or larger circle paper punch for toppers. One that has a scalloped edge would be fun!

4. Sandwich a toothpick between both sides of the ghost topper circles using double-sided tape.

5. Add topper toothpick to cupcake.

So easy! Hope your Halloween cupcakes end up spookily cute.
