Anita, I am assuming you downloaded the template, but you want to put names on them? You would need a program that can edit the .pdf, such as a full version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. You would need to go in the template and edit it yourself. Sorry, I wish I could be of more help!
